In order to provide you with fresh coffee, shipping can take up to 7 business days from order date. Once we drop your package off with USPS or UPS, it is now the responsibility of the mail carrier and recipient. In the rare scenario that a customer might not receive their package, unfortunately it is out of our hands and we cannot remedy the situation. Please contact the mail carrier in order to resolve the issue. All packages are shipped insured, and all information necessary for customer to file a claim with the mail carrier is provided in the order shipping email. Thank you for your understanding!
